COVID-19 Virus and Vaccine Information

In March 2020, the State of Ohio recieved confirmation of its first COVID-19 (coronavirus) cases. Since that time the virus has quickly spread to all parts of the state. Coronavirus Vaccine Information

In December 2020, two COVID-19 vaccines were approved on an emergency basis for use agaisnt the COVID-19 virus. At that time, the New Philadelphia City Health Department (NPCHD) began vaccinating individuals within the community as per the federal mandate and guidelines.
